The monitor boasts a 2" (50mm) high backlit white LCD display, auto-calibrating technology, a 3-color LED bar graph, and an audible alert for accurate detection. The ergonomic handle design conforms to the user's hand for a comfortable experience.

Designed with no pins, the WATER LEAK SENSOR can read levels up to 3/4" (19mm) deep into the surface, with an overall measurement range of 0 to 53% for softwood and 0 to 35% for hardwood. It also provides relative readings for wallboard and masonry.

Early prevention is crucial when stopping mold formation, and the DEEP DETECTION feature allows users to check and test suspicious leak stains to determine if the area is wet or has already dried. It includes an out-of-range alarm and a low 9V battery alert.
